When you purchase a service from LeanDirect BV or register for a (online) training, you enter into an agreement with us. Clear accords are required for an agreement, so that you know exactly what you and we can expect from you. We have listed these accords for you on this page. If specific conditions apply for the training of your choice, these are stated in the training information, as can be found on our website
These general conditions apply to all (online) training courses of LeanDirect BV. By registering you accept these conditions and you also make it known to know and accept the registration and payment conditions and, where applicable, also the provisions in the relevant e-learning from LeanDirect BV.

Payment methods

(Online) training must be paid in full in advance or in installments (if this option is offered). The access code for the course is then sent to you by e-mail. The costs of the training are listed on the website and in the shop.
Payment can only be made via the webshop of LeanDirect BV using iDeal PayPal, Credit Card and / or a one-off authorization, unless in exceptional cases specific agreements have been made about a different payment method.
If in exceptional cases billed, then the payment term is 14 days. After purchasing the training, the course participant has a 14 day reflection period, within which you can cancel free of charge. You will receive the registration fee within 14 days.

If you want to pay the course in installments, you can choose the option “monthly subscription” in our webshop.The first payment (sign-up fee) you will have to pay with iDEAL. With this first payment you simultaneously give permission to LeanDirect BV to debit your continuous subscription invoice from your bank account by automatic SEPA from now on. We use the online payment system Mollie. The payment appears on your statement as Mollie / LeanDirect BV or Stichting Mollie Payments Mollie is a Dutch payment system and uses SEPA Direct Debit, the European direct debit system. Read more about Mollie on their own website. By paying your first subscription invoice with iDEAL you can:

  • Permission to Mollie to send an order to your bank to debit an amount from your account
  • Permission to your bank to debit an amount from your account in accordance with Mollie’s instructions.

Requests for future write-offs are only carried out on behalf of LeanDirect BV. We will notify you by e-mail at least 7 days before debit and inform you of any changes regarding the payment date or the amount. If you do not agree with the debit, you can have it reversed by your bank. Please contact your bank within eight weeks after debiting. Ask your bank about the conditions. At your bank you can get more information about your rights with regard to the collection authorization. By reversing you reserve the obligation to pay your subscription fee in a different way for the relevant term.

Course duration & cancellation policy

Students have unlimited access to the purchased training, unless stated otherwise on the website or agreement. Only in the event of technical problems, a training can temporarily not take place. If the training can not be resumed within 14 days due to technical problems, you will be reimbursed the full amount within 14 days.

Additional services & products diensten & producten

Cursisten en bedrijven hebben recht op additionele diensten en producten als dit expliciet vermeld is op de productpagina of voorstel. Onder additionele diensten wordt verstaan: persoonlijke coaching, praktijkexamen, certificering, klassikale training, webinars of examentrainingen. Onder additionele producten wordt verstaan: het softwarepakket MiniTab en studieboeken.

Right to correction

Not everyone is studying at the same pace. Moreover, it may happen that you, for whatever reason, have to interrupt the training temporarily. That is no problem at LeanDirect BV.
If homework assignments and correction by a teacher are part of a training course, you are entitled to supervision and correction during this period. This right will expire after the end of the training period.

Use of the teaching materials

The intellectual property rights to the e-learning course materials remain with LeanDirect BV at all times. Use of teaching materials and obtaining online access to the training other than for your own personal study is not permitted, nor is the sale or relinquishment of your personal login code to third parties. In case of abuse, access to the training material can be blocked. All rights, including copyright, on the teaching materials provided and compiled by LeanDirect BV (with the exception of the books in the trade) remain with LeanDirect BV. No part of this expenditure may be reproduced and / or made public without the written permission of LeanDirect BV.

Warranty provision

LeanDirect BV does everything it can to prevent mistakes in the training material. Should you nevertheless have complaints, report them to LeanDirect BV by contacting
LeanDirect BV has carefully put together its website and all of its training materials. However, inaccuracies can occur. LeanDirect BV is not liable in any way, nor can it be held responsible for any damage suffered that arises from the information provided by LeanDirect BV.

Law for the protection of personal information

In the context of the Personal Data Protection Act we inform you that all data provided by you will be included in our automated administration. These will be used internally and processed for responsible customer management and responsible business management, such as being able to enroll students, granting access to the online training materials, conducting teacher counseling and sending information about our training courses, accounts or other related information .
LeanDirect BV does not sell personal data to third parties. You obviously have the right to access and improve your data. If you no longer wish to receive information from us, please let us know in writing.
If you have registered for the Newsletter and / or to gain access to the free online White Belt training, LeanDirect BV may use your (e-mail) address information for its own marketing.

Confidentially provided information

All information provided by you will be treated confidentially by us. Think of information such as: verbally provided information, files, project data and emails.

Force majeure

LeanDirect BV is not obliged to fulfill any obligation vis-à-vis the counterparty if it is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance that is not due to fault and is not for the account of the law, a legal act or generally accepted beliefs. .
Force majeure means in these general terms and conditions, in addition to what is understood in the law and jurisprudence, all external causes, foreseen or not foreseen, on which LeanDirect BV can not exert any influence, but as a result of which LeanDirect BV is unable to fulfill its obligations. LeanDirect BV also has the right to invoke force majeure if the circumstance which prevents (further) performance of the agreement occurs after LeanDirect BV should have fulfilled its obligation.


All complaints are taken very seriously by LeanDirect BV. You must make a complaint known to Willem Janssen from LeanDirect BV. You can send an e-mail about this to or contact us by telephone on number 085-3032 879. We will then process your complaint and will deal with your complaint within a period of 2 weeks. If the complaint can not be handled within 2 weeks, you will be informed of this in writing with an indication of how long it will take. Receipt of the complaint will be confirmed in writing by LeanDirect to the submitter within one week. The complaint will of course be treated confidentially.
